The Mavericks are a group of people who enjoy getting together and playing baseball. We are all committed to having a great time on the diamond, generally without too much worry about the result of the game. We're the type of people who will play for a few hours, then relax and enjoy ourselves with a beer or two after the game. One of the most important aspects of the Mavs is to have have fun - after all, we are a social club. 

The Murdoch University Baseball club is offically affiliated with Murdoch University, and we offer discounts to all Guild members. That doesn't mean you have to be a student to play for us though, we have many players who have since graduated or left Murdoch, and some players who never even went to Murdoch.

We currently play in the Baseball WA E-Grade competition on Sundays, and can be found training on Wednesdays at the Murdoch Universoty Sports Grounds. We only have one mixed team at the moment, and all are welcome to join.

The Mavs have a couple of affiliated clubs, all around the world! Well, in Melbourne and in Vienna.
